Testing out the slide!

We inherited a playset from our wonderful neighbors. With some blood, sweat, tears (mainly Ellie's) and a TON of help from our family, we moved it across the street and into our yard. Then it had to be reassembled, power washed, stained and sealed. Now it's ready for years of fun times again!!

Little Claire
Claire is growing and changing every day. She is now smiling and getting into more of a sleep "schedule". (Or maybe we're getting used to her schedule, who knows!) We are getting to know each other more every day, which is lots of fun! I can't believe that she's 6 weeks old already! The summer (and my maternity leave) is flying by. At her 1 month check-up, she weighed 10 lbs, 4 oz, and was 22 inches long (50-75%). She is getting over a cold, and her blocked tear ducts are gradually clearing up. She is otherwise a perfect, healthy, beautiful baby!
We were very blessed to have so many family and friends present for Claire's baptism over Memorial Day. Thank you to everyone who could make it! For those who couldn't, you were in our thoughts that weekend!

The mommy pig and her 3 day old piglets. Aww! (Then Adam proceded to buy 1 lb of bacon...boo!)
