We adopted Brewer, a 12 week-old chocolate lab/German shepard/possibly pointer mix on March 9th, 2006 from the Delaware Co. Humane Society. He has been very easy to train, already understanding "sit". (And "shake" and "fetch" about 50% of the time.) He is doing very well with crate training and pretty much sleeps through the night. Just a few accidents in the house so far, which is much better than we anticipated! He's going to be a BIG boy...an estimated 90-100 lbs. He weighed in at a lean 29 lbs at the vet yesterday. The 3 cats are adjusting...sort of. Brewer is intimidated by Pepe, our oldest cat and fascinated by Oliver, the youngest. Carley is slow to warm up to all new animals, so we're hoping she'll come around soon.

Loved your pictures, thanks for sharing, Kate was so excited that she had to show all. A few more animals and you could be classified as a zoo....have fun. Hello to Adam....Maria
