Now that we have finally gone home to share the exciting news with our families, we can let the rest of the world know!! We're having a baby!! Our due date is somewhere between May 3 and May 8th. (If it's truly a bull-headed Taurus, probably later! :)) The photo above shows a dotted line through the heart, with the heart beat at the bottom (it was 176 bpm). Isn't just the cutest little blob you've ever seen?? It's name right now is "Little Bean". We don't want to find out the sex; it's the biggest surprise you'll ever get, right?? (Remember, you can click on the photo to enlarge.)
And here is another one. The head is on the left, with the arrow pointing to it, with the rump on the bottom right. It's back is to us, and you can sort of see the spine. As the doctor was doing the ultrasound, the baby would just wiggle and wiggle, like it was saying "Hi Mom and Dad!" (At least we think so!) It was so funny! The doctor was even surprised at how active it was! We are so excited!! We'll keep everyone posted!
