A Busy Week-end In August

Daddy was voted by his baseball team to play in the All-Star Game for the 2nd year in a row! This time he played under the lights at OSU's Bill Davis Stadium. He had a double with 2 RBIs. We were so proud of him. They even pronounced his name correctly when announcing the line-up!

Chatting with Smoky the Bear at the Ohio State Fair. (Thanks for the tip, Kate! She was amazed when he said her name!)

Snuggling up after a long day at the Fair!

Watching the pig races from the best seat in the house! (And clutching her newest stuffy, Bob, the pig! Do we have a girl after my own heart?!)

Before church this morning. Daddy snagged me and got me to stand still for just a second!

On a wagon ride around town. Do you like my hat?

Getting to know some piglets. The mama pig let me touch her snout. I couldn't stop giggling!

Visiting with the bunnies.

Well, we were super busy this week-end. Saturday we went to a farm with our neighbors Beth and Deanna. I loved seeing 1 week old piglets and their very big mama, 2 day old lambs, baby goats, moos (Cows), and lots of chickens and roosters. That night we went to the Ohio State Fair. I loved watching all the animals and people. So many sights, sounds, and smells! Today, Daddy had a baseball game after church and we went for a walk. Mommy will post some videos later this week. I have my check-up on Tuesday, so she'll post then. Love, Ellie-belly

I can just hear the squeeling and giggling from the farm and the fair. Snazzy shoes Ellie, I love them, and the dress--what a cutie you are. Love and miss all of you. GMaW
